Aloha Isle Properties was launched in 2013, with Wendell Grace, Jr. (R) as the Principal Broker.

Wendell is currently based on the island of O'ahu, where he was born and raised. After becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2000, he has had the privilege of servicing multiple families and clients in buying, selling, investing and renting real estate.

After several years as a Loan Officer, Wendell gained a unique understanding, knowledge and appreciation of the real estate process. In 2000, he earned a real estate license then obtained a Brokers license in 2007. Aloha Isle Properties Corporation was proudly launched as a solo venture in 2013 with Wendell as the Principal Broker.

With many years of experience in buying, selling and property management, Wendell has created lasting relationships with clients and a deep understanding of the industry.
