Selling Process

Before we begin the process, it’s important to understand what’s essential for you. What’s your intention with selling your home — is there a timeline, financial target or other lifestyle change?


Marketing

  • I’ll use multiple resources to optimize exposure for your property, which may include the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), specialty real estate online sites and printed material, local news print, etc.

  • My large network within the industry allows your property to be viewed in the most timely manner.

Listing

  • I am continually up to date on current market trends and will discuss what’s realistic for your specific situation. I’ll walk through your property and can make recommendations on how to best showcase your listing.

  • Once preparations are made and Open House dates are planned, your home will be represented and listed in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Negotiations & Offer

  • When offer(s) come in, we’ll review them together and negotiate so both parties come to a satisfactory agreement.

  • Upon deciding on an offer, we’ll walk through the process of going into escrow.

  • As inspections and conditions are complete, the final documents will be reviewed, signed and make the sale official.
