Plan Your Search
Review potential listings, tour homes and discuss options. Your comfort matters to me and I will take the time to find the right fit for you.
If prepared to make an offer, we’ll work with the loan officer of your choice or one of my trusted partners to move into the offer stage.
Negotiations & Offer
Ready to make an offer? I specialize in negotiations and will make sure we reach a fair outcome.
If your offer is accepted, I’ll walk you through the process of opening escrow.
Once conditions are met and are satisfied with the property, we’ll sign the final documents to make the sale official.
